SSC Form Fill-up 2026: The Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has officially released the schedule for the SSC Form Fill-up 2026. According to a circular published on the board’s website on Thursday (December 18), the online form-filling process for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination will commence on December 31, 2025.
The Board has issued strict directives to students and educational institutions to complete the process within the stipulated timeframe to ensure eligibility for the upcoming public exams.
Important Dates and Deadlines
The circular outlines a strict timeline for the form-filling process. Guardians are advised to mark these dates to avoid penalties.
- Form Fill-Up Start Date: December 31, 2025
- Last Date (Without Late Fee): January 10, 2026
- Last Date for Fee Submission (Regular): January 11, 2026
- Late Fee Submission Period: January 12 to January 17, 2026
- Final Deadline with Late Fee: January 18, 2026
Fee Structure (Per Student)
The Board has fixed the total board fees based on the academic group. These amounts include the 4th subject fees.
- Science Group: 2,435 BDT
- Business Studies Group: 2,315 BDT
- Humanities Group: 2,315 BDT
Late Fee Penalty: Students failing to fill the form by January 10 will have to pay an additional 100 BDT as a late fee per candidate.
Instructions for Irregular & Improvement Candidates
Specific instructions have been provided for students who failed in 1 to 4 subjects in the 2025 SSC exam or those wishing to improve their GPA.
- Application: These candidates must submit a written application on plain paper to their respective Head of Institution by December 24, 2025.
- Selection Test: Institutions must conduct a selection test for these applicants and publish the results by December 30, 2025.
- Eligibility: Participation is subject to the validity of their registration period.
Note: Students registered in the 2024-2025 session will appear as “Regular Candidates.”
